CONCEPT: My concept is Simulation, I want to explore how london feels like a game. Everyone walks in a straight line, everyone is on there phones on the tube - there is no life.
MOODBOARDS: I explored different ideas through pinterest, google, books etc and collated two moodboards that inspired different aesthetics and ideas. One dark, industrial and the other bright and psychedelic. Both include reoccurring themes of repetition, structure and form.
STRUCTURE: I explored structure and foundations further, especially wire forms.

DESIGN: I explored different shapes for the structure, using squares, ovals etc to inspire silhouettes.
EXPERIMENT: I tried these on a mannequin and explored 3D texture using clingfilm and tinfoil. I then explored more shapes.
TEXTURE: I layed different images over shapes to inspire colour and texture.

DESIGNER: I looked at Craig Green a designer who uses form to create sculptural garments, he helped inspire me to think more out of the box with shapes.
DESIGNS: I tested more designs inspired by architecture and buildings, I also experiment with ideas for introducing physical texture in a way that predicts the matrix/simulation theme and idea of chasing endlessly.
